This Week’s Diary

WEEK COMMENCING SUNDAY 18th JULY 2010

 

WEDNESDAY 8.30 pm Father Derek will depart for his summer break until Thursday 5 August. During this time Monsignor Charlton will kindly celebrate our weekday Masses and respond to emergency calls when a priest is required. The Dean for our area Monsignor David Hogan will take responsibility for arranging any Funerals and other urgent matters and various parishioners will take responsibility for opening up the church and getting ready for Mass etc.

 

SATURDAY 24 JULY 9.30 am to 4.30 pm Great Ayton Community Archaeology Project are holding a ‘Finds Identification Day’ for anything historical that residents would like to take along. Please see posters for more details.

 

NEXT SUNDAY

The annual Mission Appeal will be made by Father Joseph Udoh of the for the St Patrick’s Missionary Society (Kiltegan Fathers) at St Joseph’s and St Margaret’s today. Please see the extra sheet added to the News Letter today for more details of the Kiltegan Fathers.
